Instant Answers Project: Designed the user experience for an AI-aided service aimed at improving the speed and quality of answers on Brainly. Collaborated closely with business and product owners, the Machine Learning team, and both backend and front-end developers. The service used machine learning to identify and present the best answers in real-time, reducing duplicates and enhancing user satisfaction. Test results showed a 90% reduction in duplicates and 25% faster answers to unique questions. The solution, which continues to support 350 million students, proved its value through A/B/C/D testing in the U.S. and Polish markets.
Video Guides Project: Led the implementation and test analysis for a service providing video explanations for popular math and physics questions. Worked with product and business owners, a market manager, and developers to deliver and test the solution in the Indonesian market. The service used step-by-step video explanations to improve understanding, resulting in a 70% lower bounce rate and 250% longer session durations. The concept was validated through A/B/C/D tests.
