Lead Product Designer

I was responsible for the design of a new experimental service that provided users with video explainers for popular math and physics questions. Collaborating with the product and business owner, market manager, and developers, we delivered and tested the solution in the Indonesian market. My role included ensuring the design effectively met user needs and aligned with market expectations.

Background

Many students find it challenging to grasp math concepts through text-based explanations alone. The popularity of YouTube math lectures highlights the effectiveness of video as a medium, offering broader explanations and practical examples that make complex topics easier to understand. Video content provides a visual and auditory learning experience that can clarify difficult concepts and engage students more effectively than text-based materials.

Each of them had a step by step explanation on how to solve the problem. They were divided into chapters which allowed users to repeat the most problematic parts for easy and better understanding.
