I designed an easy-to-follow manual for all ages, ensuring users from 7 to 77 can install their WiFi routers effortlessly. Collaborated with Polish and French teams to introduce the manual to market.

Problem

The previous manual was overly complex, requiring extensive text and small photos for port and cable identification. This confusion led to 25,000 monthly customer calls for router installation assistance.

Solution

I designed intuitive manual in a form of map. Drawing the map with simple visual instructions and minimal text, I made it easy for customers to use.

The visuals helped the user not to think too hard or confuse the cables and ports.
